Normally, we only take orders around Klang Valley area for trees taller than 3 feet. Any trees height exceed 7 feets, the delivery cost to send it to customer outside Klang Valley is very expensive.
But this time, we have to make an exception. Our customer not only willing to pay the delivery cost, but he also insisted to get one after seeing a sample of custom tree at our shop.
What is the different between or custom artificial trees and the ready made one? The trunks! We use real hard trunks for our artificial trees. Not only it looks real (because it is real!), but the design is custom and definitely different for one another depending on the trunks shape.
Production for one artificial tree, we need at least 3-5 days to make one. So, depending on the quantity and current orders, we advise our customer to make an advance order 2 weeks before delivery or installation.
We also provide sets for our trees. This is including pots (type: fiberglass, ceramic or cement), planter box, installation, accessories, etc.
